Market Fish Food Meat
Our meeting point will be at the Old Port car park from where, walking through the narrow alleys, we will reach the open-air fruit and fish market of Corfu.
We will buy our fresh organic produce, harvested from the Corfiot fields a few hours before, we will smell the undoubtedly fresh fish, vegetables, fruits and herbs! A truly unique experience! Of course, negotiating the price (pazari) with sellers is part of the game of business!
The next stop is at a small shop selling fresh dairy products and cheeses and traditionally baked bread.
Once our supplies are ready, we will be transferred to a country house where the chef will teach us how to prepare and cook traditional Greek recipes.
All products are local, organic and fresh, prepared and cooked as our mothers and grandmothers cooked, humbly creating the greatness of Greek cuisine!
