The essence of Sharis, expressed by traditional varieties such as Ribolla Gialla and Sauvignon, and international cultivars such as Chardonnay, represents the beauty of Friuli Venezia Giulia in its diversity.
Color: straw yellow with slight green reflections.
Nose: vertical with good intensity, floral and fruity. Aromas of white flowers with hints of jasmine, lily of the valley, vanilla and orange blossom, interact with notes of pear and pineapple, leaving room for kumquat, lime and bergamot, to close with a delicately balsamic hint.
Palate: lively, savory and mineral. Fresh and persistent, it alternates fruity aromas of golden apple and Williams pear with citrus and balsamic sensations. Long and spicy finish.
Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, it goes very well with asparagus, vegetable soups, legume soups and marinated fish.
Recommended serving temperature 6° – 8° C.
