A highly expressive rosé encompasses elegance and personality.
Calafuria: owes its name to one of the over 700 bays in Puglia. The region boasts a long tradition in the production of rosé wines obtained from negroamaro, a vine that best expresses its potential near the sea. Our rosé comes, in fact, from vineyards that extend for more than a kilometer along the Adriatic coast.
The grapes are selected by hand, gently de-stemmed and softly pressed. The must obtained is placed in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10 ° C, in order to obtain a natural decantation. The alcoholic fermentation then takes place and is carried out at low temperatures (16 ° C) to keep the primary aromas intact. This is followed by a short period of refinement in steel and 4 months of refinement in the bottle.

combined with delicate floral sensations of lavender. On the palate it is soft, stands out for its pleasant freshness, well in
balance with aromatic persistence and a delicate flavor
