The Chardonnay grape is the soul of the Maison Ruinart. Its grapes, coming mainly from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, are the fulcrum of all its Cuvées.
The color is a beautiful pale golden yellow with light green reflections. It is bright and luminous with a lively and persistent effervescence.
The first nose reveals a great intensity, with notes of fresh fruit, especially ripe citrus. The second nose presents delicate notes of flowers and white fruits (white peach).
On the palate it is soft, harmonious and of great roundness. Its vinosity is without excess, supported by an intense freshness. In the final notes of peach, citrus and a pleasant minerality emerge. The finish is very persistent and refreshing.
