The Chardonnay grape is the soul of the Maison Ruinart. Its grapes, coming mainly from the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, are the fulcrum of all its Cuvées.
It is bright and clear, yellow in color with golden reflections. The brightness is remarkable, the effervescence is sustained, with a very persistent perlage.
Made up of 40% Chardonnay, 49% Pinot Noir and 11% Meunier, comprising 20 to 25% of reserve wines from the two previous vintages.
