Salice Salentino aged in intense red barriques with a garnet edge. The nose releases aromas of blueberry jam and black currant, spicy notes of vanilla, licorice and toasted nuances. In the mouth it is full and velvety, rich in elegant tannins. It is recommended to combine it with roasts, game and aged cheeses.
Recommended serving temperature: 18° – 20° C.
