The aromatic vine with its unmistakable reddish berries comes from an area adjacent to the winery and is now widespread all over the world. Unlike many international Gewürztraminer, this one is dry vinified. The result is a memorable type of fruity-spicy wine. It is seductive for its aromatic fullness.
APPEARANCE: straw yellow
NOSE: aromatic aromas of cinnamon, cloves, rose and lychee
ON THE PALATE: fruity-spicy, aromatic, ample in the mouth

VINEYARDS
Location: individual vineyards along the Wine Road from Cortaccia passing through Termeno and Caldaro and up to Appiano (300-500 m)
Exposure: south-south-east
Soils: gravelly with calcareous content with a slight clayey share
Training system: Guyot
VINEYARD AGE: 10 to 30 years
HARVEST: beginning of October; manual harvesting and selection of grapes.
VINIFICATION: fermentation and aging in steel vats.
YIELD: 65 hl / ha
