Goldmuskateller St. Michael Eppan – White wine
The “Goldmuskateller”, usually known for its sweet background, is instead vinified dry in the San Michele Appiano Winery. The result is a glass that satisfies the palate thanks to its strong and fresh acidity, a full taste and characterized by a classic note of sage.
VISUAL: light yellow with green reflections
NOSE: intense aromas of muscat and sage
ON THE PALATE: resca acidity, full, refined

VINEYARDS:
Location: individual partially exposed vineyards on slopes in San Michele Appiano (400-450 m)
Exposure: south-east, south-west
Soils: alluvial
Training system: Guyot
VINEYARD AGE: 10 to 20 years
HARVEST: mid October; manual harvesting and selection of grapes.
VINIFICATION: fermentation and aging in steel vats.
YIELD: 70 hl / ha

PAIRING TIPS
