The Gorgonzola Panna Verde D.O.P. it is a soft, fat, raw cheese produced exclusively with pasteurized whole cow’s milk from farms located in the provinces of the territory of the Consortium for the protection of gorgonzola cheese.
Flavor: the “sweet” type leaves very slight spicy, not very aggressive hints.
Color: white and straw yellow colored paste, streaked with a bluish green color due to the development of molds. Rough gray and / or pinkish rind NOT EDIBLE.
Consistency: to the touch it is “solid” and creamy, with a solid texture without holes. On the palate it is soft and amalgamated, with easy melting in the mouth.
