High oleic sunflower oil, due to its composition of fatty acids, is stable at high temperatures and more resistant to oxidation and the degradation of fatty acids during cooking or storage; sunflower oil contributes to the excellent taste of frying; fractionated palm oil, thanks to its high smoke point, allows light frying with limited absorption of the oil inside the product; the presence of antifoam reduces the formation of foam, slows down the oxidation of the oil and prolongs its life.
