The first was a Verdeca (white and wonderful), the second was negroamaro (rose and delicious) the third was a negroamara red and very tasty but the last…. The unforgettable Susumaniello (the donkey wine). It is an ancient grape that is just coming back into favor. It is hard to find, smooth tannins, ruby red color and delicious. The food choices with each wine were delicious. It was a wonderful experience.”
